Help me choose R3 and R7 Please

My goal is Inquisitor in rank 8. I’m mostly solo and PVE. My build is going to be High DEX with CON. But i have a hard time choosing rank 3 and rank 7. I saw a lof of ppl choose priest in rank 3. why? And what class is more usefully for solo rank 3 and rank 7 in PVE ?

Cleric 2> ??? > Paladin 3> ??? > Inquisitor

I need your suggestion about rank 3 and rank 7. Thank you so much

Priest 1 gives Ressurection and Monstrance which is nice in a DEX inqui build since most of your damage comes from the Wheel + Conviction + God Smash burst, which can be done easily in under 20 seconds (Monstrance’s duration).

For rank 3, I would suggest Priest 1 or Diev 1. Cleric 3 isn’t a terrible choice but it’s better suited for INT builds (Cure + Heal can provide a lot of dps with high INT).

Diev 1 gives Laima, which makes monsters move slowly but most importantly reduces your skills cooldowns by 20%. Vakarine is also quite nice to save on teleportation fees.

Rank 7 it’s either Kabbalist 1 or PD 1, really. Those two classes provide a good utility with just 1 class circle. Kab allows you to fully restore one person’s SP and revenge sevenfold the pears. PD allows you to be immune to debuffs nearly 100% of the time with Bloodletting and Healing Factor provides a good one-person quick regen.

In my opinion, I prefer PD 1 over Kab 1 in that build. I have both a diev 1 pally 3 and a priest 1 pally 3 and I think both Diev 1 and Priest 1 are equally good.

  1. I am currently Cleric2>Priest1>Paladin3
  2. My planned stats are 101str, 50con or more as needed, rest into dex
  3. Before this, I was C2>P2>Monk2, I reset into this class because I feel that Paladin3 just fits inquisitor better… Feels like as if it is the natural class advancement choice

My choice for R7 is the biggest headache now. Knowing Inquisitor is a 3 circle class, I would probably be Inq3 by rank10, it only makes R7 choice even harder. Here are my options for R7…

  1. Monk1 (When smite & conviction is on cooldown, all I do is auto attack…)
  2. Diev1 (Free warps and -20%CD for perma resist elements)
  3. Priest2 (max revive and massheal)
  4. Plague Doc (max healing factor, bloodletting and beak mask)
  5. Kabbalist (Revenge 7 and FREE SP… Magic wagon useless?)

oracle counter spell, afk farm with change+conversion, prevent status ailments, $$$$$
plague healing factor, prevent status ailments, incineration(especially with diev1)

other maybe r3 or any other choice that your prefer
