Build 1:
Spare some points in Lethargy to Sleep. Energy Bolt sucks so just leave it at lv1 and pour into Reflect Shield.
Ice Blast is nerfed badly so 0 points and max Ice Bolt instead which is the replaced for Energy Bolt.
Meteor lv10 takes 10s to cast so I don’t think you want to use it so spare points to other dps skills since ele CD is long.
Build 2:
Yeah same put some points in Sleep and Reflect Shield and you may want to max Surespell.
Rain is to burst lighting damage so idk why you max it and don’t even put points in electrocute.
1 is far more viable since you won’t have to rely on energy bolt and magic missile (extremely weak spells). Links also help elementalist much more than surespell. Quick cast seems tempting at first with the 50% damage but the struggle to get it elementalist 3 (where true damage is) is real. Also for elementalist in general; prominence sucks, freezing sphere is your spam skill, hail scales really well as does electrocute. Rain sucks (douses fire spells), meteor sucks (8 second cast time…for low damage).
Meteor 1/10 Energy Bolt 1/5 and rain i think is bad w/o electrocute
