You have only two options IMO, corsair2 or fencer2.
Fencer 2 gives you preparation for double pierce damage with sept etoiles, and corsair c2 brings hexen dropper for some nice burst with attaque coquile.
So it comes down to:
- preparition (cancel) - attaque coquile - sept etoiles
vs - attaque coquile - hexen dropper x2 - sept etoiles
IMO fencer2 is more future proof, but both paths will work nicely.

I have a thread here that talks a little about PVP fencing, in a similar way.
It has advice from Cathexis, so you might get some use.
PVP is all about disables and ways of making your damage work.
If you already have a nice strategy with the cross guard for blocking, then by any means go for Corsair. However, if you don’t wanna swapping, go Fencer2.
You last problem would be magic damage. If by pvp you mean team league or having the possibility of a cleric aid, then you’re problem is somewhat solved. If it’s 1on1, you will need more CC. And CON. And Sage Wall. Whatever you can get, really.

depends what is “PVE” to you. if PVE means leveling to 280 then Fencer 2 is plainly better as you have the burst of corsair 2 double Hexen using Fencer 2 Preparation > Sept while having a decent 0 CD skill Composee.
But if PVE means grinding for money, Corsair 2 is better as you got Jolly Roger lv 10 meaning more chance to get loot and mats.
PVP they have nearly the same role/gameplay use a reliable CC (crossguard/bash) > iron hook > coquille,2 hexen/coquille preparation, sept > and that’s it

For now i have many skill form Highlander C3 my gameplay is like sword caster rarely to use normal atk and i think Preparation hard to use.
i think i want Double Hexen Maybe just need more support opinion

Ever considered that you’re bad at the game? I get that impression from reading your posts.
Feel free to provide any swordsman damage build that compete with a fencer C2 doing nothing spamming Attaque Composee in DPS. (You can’t.)
Your problem seems to be that you need to get equipment (like everybody else except clerics), and purchase attributes (like everybody else except clerics)

Sorry the fact that you think 13 aoe ratio means you can hit 13 enemies made me realize my initial impression was correct and your problem is a lack of understanding of damage formulas, general game mechanics, etc.
That and the fact you don’t know the difference between burst and DPS.

Fencer2 doesn’t lock you out of taking corsair. Also, just the bleeds from keel hauling and crosscut kill a lot of players outright by themselves so worrying about needing more than level 5 iron hook is pointless.

You can’t use dispellers in real pvp.
It’s complicated, but fencer2 by itself is more burst than hop2 corsair2 as well.
On a typical 380 defense late-game plate enemy (or player) with a typical 750 base damage roll you can expect hexen dropper level 5 used TWICE to do a total of 16,326 damage with spear lunge debuff, while sept etoiles 10 used once would do 18,305 with attaque coquille and prep.
The difference will obviously get much bigger as the game’s levels go up and especially against players who have even more defense.
You give up Attaque composee spam up for nothing, not to mention lunge + incoming cleave buff seism and cleave are much better.
