I’m lvl 42 C2 Ranger with +5 seeker bow and full chain armors… I’m in the Novaha Annex story quest of Orsha and for some reason I’m struggling in clearing mob waves and even obtaining exp… P.S. I tried grinding in tenet church but the place is always full and I can’t even clear the room quick enough that other players come in and 1 hit skill everything…

wizard has powerful aoe at that time
clerics can heal and if they have krivis zaibas 1 shots everyhting
swordmsman have ridicoulous health to survive
u can clear out stuff, but u dont have that many aoe, u might also have ur stats wrong
did you upgrade your skill attribute? specially barrage?
go to teneth gardens. grind there till 50 and then do the teneth dungeon. its not impossible to look for a group there, try switchng channels. if you cant find a group then go solo there
No need to grind at those levels tho
You might’ve missed out on some blue flagged quests (subquest) and the green flagged ones (repeatables). You are also kind of lower level than the map recommendation, so if you have some exp cards, eat them right up to get within +/-5 levels of the map recommendation - it would make it feel much more ‘comfortable’ compared to struggle and you won’t be penalized by exp penalty (80% I think).
Other points that the posters here have raised would be and could be:

Wrong stats - Rangers especially thrives on STR:DEX 7:4 or DEX:STR 7:4. Start pumping some into CON when you’re at the lv160s, you will need it. Don’t need SPR, you can drink mana pots. Lastly, use your skills – Barrage is VERY strong and hits in a cone.

Didn’t invest in your skill attributes - Really you should, even increasing the dmg attribute levels to provide additional 10% dmg is pretty good.
I would also suggest going to the other side of the map (if you started at Klaipeda, you can go Orsha and vice versa) to do the chain quests there for easy EXP cards, they help. Also don’t forget to get your rewards at the WING OF VIBORA at Klaipeda and Orsha cities, you’d figure out when you do talk to her. 
Also get yourself a Caprisun set of gear… its easy and lasts you till almost lvl 200 the gear can be acquired at like lvl 20.
