Thats no bug ist a Feature to prevent auctionhouse abusing
You can use the auctionhouse at the 19.septembre.2016
(they have Y/M/D Setup)
Its for all new accounts (not sure if its for each character aswell though)
Everybody has problems with trading function, just saying lol
