HELP ! How can I increase the reconnect time of the game?

Hello staff,

So I live in Venezuela, and I have an internet issue which leave me with no internet connection for like 15 sec every 2 minutes. So I need your help to see if by anyway could I increase the time the game has to check my internet connection and says “disconnnect to characther lodge / Server loggin screen”. Why? for example in other games like “Counter-Strike” the “waiting time to disconnect” is greater than ToS so i just freez for some time and then I can continue playing the game for 2 more minutes. I know its like hell playing like this but internet service in my country sucks so imagine everytime im playing ToS and im in a dungeon I lose exp, Dungeon entrance, and worst O only have internet for 2 minutes and then 15 seconds with no internet and plus that I have to wait until I get into the game again and enter the dungeon, by the time I reach my team I got disconnected again =(. I really hope you guys can help me with this issue.

If I find the way to increase that time I could get like “stuck” while im with no internet but could continue playing after those 15 seconds and would not have to reconnect everytime.

You can’t do that, it is controlled by the server and i doubt IMC will change that, your best bet is change ISP/use cellphone connection, i would go with the second in case you don’t have other ISP there, i would prefer have limited connection than unstable one.

Thanks for your suggestion. I hope they could say something about it. I have a couple of friends who actually have the same problem. =( its really frustraring, worst part is I have one of the better internet service here… but… only they believe that. there are only 2 companies that provide internet here and like im saying I have the “better one”

Yeah, when there is no competition they all slack like that and we have to suffer in the end. Dumb people being dumb as normal.

If you can use the cellphone and find it cheaper then go for it, your phone company might have some good plan for you.
