hi, i would like to know if it’s possible to send a ticket about characters?
i was Doing my main character when i started researching about Critical rate and attack. that’s when i understood i screwed up my class build.

problem is, i have a lot of TP gifts i got from the server as a reward for the inconvieniences In the game, and that character is using My Main Name of my family name.

i find the idea of erasing the character quiet a waste, but i don’t know how the policy on this Works regarding treatment of all players as equals when making this sort of request.

i want to know if Me sending a ticket or posting here can make a difference
on my problem :x

My request is the following:

Ifind the idea of erasing a High level character a sad waste of our time.
and the higher the character level, the More influence your Lodge and gameplay has.

i don’t want to erase my character due to the free tp items i got as
compensation from maintenance and The high level of the character.
but i Need To move My Name and My tp items to a New character
so that i can recreate my main character due to the mistakes i made
since We can’t Reset classes.

would it be Doable to ask you admins through forum or Ticket
if there’s any chance i could get your help to Move my tp items back to
The lodge’s Mail and rename my character somehow so that i may save the character?

if there’s no way to Salvage the the High level character, i understand.
At least i want to ask you to please help me Move those compensation
Tp items back to my lodge’s mail, so that when i recreate the char
i can use them;Thus being my priority. i got them from before the game opened for free to play

can i get help ? what’st he procedure to follow?

Q. Can I change the name of my team and characters?

You may change the name of your team and characters using TP.

  • Created teams cannot be deleted.
  • We cannot help you change your team name if you make a mistake, so make sure the spelling is correct.
  • Keep in mind that, if you terminate your Steam account and start the game with a new one, you cannot use the name of your previous team.

This was probably a grammar mistake ? it only lets you change family name
Not character name.

You can always send in a Support Ticket if you have any concerns.

TP Items can’t be transferred across characters by normal means at the moment, so it would definitely be beneficial to inquire further about this scenario through a Support Ticket.

You can actually change your character’s name,
By doing the follow these steps;

  • Open the Character Information Window (F1)
  • Click where your current characters name is, a new window should appear in the center of the screen.
  • Input your newly desired name and click confirm
  • A new window will appear on top, showing what you are changing your name to. Price included (9TP), after confirming this; your name will be changed immedietly. :slight_smile:

joy , Thank you Gwenyth for your time, and pleased to met ya.

i would like to make u one more inquiry, regarding tickets, i did as suggested.
there doesn’t seem to be a Promised period where u may get an answer.
Per say, 5 to 7 days to get your ticket reply, and there seems to be players with more than 3 weeks waiting.

do you perhaps understand the ticket’s paraphernalia regarding the way admins answer them?

i would like to know.
