[HELP] FPS drops/optimizing configurations

Heya guys! Hope you can help me, please x_x
So let me explain it. I stopped playing for a while, and I’m back now. I started this week, but I had this issues with low FPS starting 2 days ago. I always played within 35-60FPS in maps and 30-45 in town and crowded areas, and now I’m having incredible 10-25 in maps and 3-15 in towns. I have no idea what happened. I already made the changes in user.xml and I followed this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtfU-K-7Q10
but any of this worked with me. I also reinstalled the game (I thought it’d help) and it keeps the same.
My hardware:
Intel i7 5550U
8GB RAM
GeForce 920M 4GB

Is there any miracle to help me? I thank you all in advance <3

I would suggest getting the TOS Addon Manager and downloading the FPS Savior add on. There’s links to it around here and on reddit somewhere. Or just google it, as it should come up just fine. My friend has to use it to get anything above 10fps.
