Help - Fencer Related

I’m currently Playing as a Fencer and i have some doubts i would like you guys to help me with

I’m lvl 240 with 100 Invested DEX 24 Invested CON and 128 Invested STR
My Total Stats are
153 STR
40 CON
1 INT
11 SPR
113 DEX

I’m planning on not investing in DEX anymore since i’ll use Ellaganos Cards (10 DEX for Each one)
So should i invest some more in CON? If so, how much till it’s okay?
I’m currently Using a +8 Pajoritas Rapier

Is it really worthy not to use a Shield to Gain 15% Damage? Then what are good subweapons?
Should i go for Leather or Plate? And should i get Physical Defense Gems or Evasion Gems?
Is Venier still the best option besides the Prac Weapons?

Since i don’t have much money, what mid-game gear should i aim for?
Sorry for asking so many questions, but i’m trying to improve as a player and i really have a LOT of doubts since i’m new to the swordsman tree D:

You don’t need more dex anymore, I would put the rest in STR, and use Glass moles cards instead of Ellaganos, the gain is too big to lose.

Shield is nice, but a good dagger will give you way more damage, a small crysaras with 2 slots would be good to begin, you objective will be a Purine Pervodimas Dagger with 2 slots.

Venier right now is trash, the base damage is way too low, use a blue 315 one with good anvil reinforcement, that it will be ok until a practonium or Lolo rapier
