[HELP] Fencer build

Hi guys,i was theorycrafting an fencer build but i didn’t get nothing so let me ask.

Does it worth?

HL C1->BARB C3->FENCER
or
HL C3->CORSAIR C1->FENCER

If you find dual wielding the rapier as the main weapon and a knife as a sub weapon all fine and not weird at all then go ahead and HL C3->CORSAIR C1->FENCER

Both those builds would already do great for dps imo
Just that Fencer skills are focused in single target dps so basically all I can tell you is to have a general feel for the game first specially the stat points before setting things to stone.

Double Weapon Assault, corsairs most favored skill is at c2

yeah men its corsair c2 or not at all (my opinion)
unless you like the corsair so much you willing to give up 1 rank for the costume

HL C3->CORSAIR C1->FENCER
sure most of HL skills dont require a specific weapon type but the point of going HL is using 2hand swords(HL got an attribute +50% crit atk just by equipping 2hand swords)

I’ll be looking forward to seeing where this class leads.

Right now the class is a bit underwhelming but maybe they added better weapons for it in this beta? Would be cool.

if u go to fencer HL1 is useless because his passive “Two-handed Sword Mastery: Critical Attack” works only with 2 handed sword. Replace it with Peltasta and got “Swash Buckling” passive that give u +25% hp while active and “Guardian” to get +18% Evasion, than swap to Rapier + Dagger (+x% pierce dmg when u don’t equip a shield) or Rapier + Shield (+x% evasion thanks to peltasta tree)
