So… let me explain, i’m a new player and i like like the swordsman class, so i started reading forums about guides and builds, and decided to make a doppel, but i’m struggling a little about which is the best thing to do. Currently my sword is a SW C2 > BARB C3 and stat distribution is str 3: dex 1
should i go:
Doppel C3 or
Corsair C2 > Doppel C1 (read a guide that told me this)
Any other way? Reroll the character?

Should go Full STR, as Dex no longer gives crit rate, as for Dopple, i like SW1/H3/B1/Dop3 but that’s my preference
If are for PVE Corsair C3 a great class for PVE, with Barbarian frenzy are a aspeed class, for PVP have problems, Corsair C1 have the chain bud the real damage with the class are using Pistol, and need the C3 for This.
The other Option is Doppel C3, and it works en PVE and PVP, Pain Barrier, Restrain Bash 3, concentrate and Gunho make you have a great Damage, in all part of game work, but in PVP need help that don’t have any protection (with a cleric are other history, in special with a Support Plague Doctor… but this are the perfect play).

u can see his skill build in the comments, i just switched them up a bit, i went for gung ho instead of concentrate and went pure str, and my dopel is doing pretty solid atm with the build im using.

It works extremely well. Your DPS from autos is insane and your skill variety and damage are also amazing. When running instances/mercs, it’s nice to see that #1 above your head even when grouped with wizards and archers.
Currently using toy hammer +6 in main hand, +6 manamana in offhand. Neither are transcended, but plan on keeping both. Still wearing Cafrisun as well until I eventually get solomiki. If you’re gonna go corsair, cafrisun and toy hammer are invaluable, as well as keeping sacrament buff up.
There are other things to magnify damage even more like buying enchant fire scrolls too, but you should be A-OK without going the extra mile in almost every situation.

i like SW1-H3-B1-D3 build. its a monster in dungeons but bad for pvp cuz little to no utilities
currently im going 100 dex all str. when i get better crit gear i’m going to restat to add less str and more dex
