Okay, i have account but I cannot start download for december OBT. I thought since the game has been in CBT for some time, surely i can still install the game and then on the 17th start playing. Does anyone know if I have to wait until dec 17th before i can install the game or is there a problem.
I remember reading something in either the forums or reddit that you can start downloading the client a few days (not sure but maybe the 15th) before KOBT is released. On a side note, are they still going thru with KOBT after what was discovered these past few days in ICBT2? 
I would point out that the client that is live in korea right now is not the same one we are using. Not being part of that test I really can’t say if any of the issues we’ve been experiencing are shared on that client or not.
Though it does raise several questions about what we were actually testing during this test.
