Why not? Almost dievdruid, you have cheap 5lvl effigy (5 sp with Zemina 10) and zombies, but only 5lvl owl and 0-10lvl carve.
or this build is the prefered build for this?

I don`t understand what you want. If you want DD you may chose any of this list: Krivis, Bokor, Dievdirby, Sadhu, Monk, Druid. There are too many builds.
I recomend use youtube for selecting class with interesting (for you) gameplay. And check this for some info
