What i am trying to say is
what the hell does those text means
since the party, market, shout systems, already been fixed today, does that include the friend request?
i dunno whats wrong, is it the system? is it me?
So i wonder if translating the text would help
If its the system, then i would happily wait for next maintenance (well not really hehe)
If its me (the user) a little hint would be appreciated and might be use full for next person that come across this problem.

Someone on reddit said the text is a simple “unnable to accept friend request” in korean, it’s probably not implemented yet.
