Help! Accidentally deleted my character who claimed the DLC package. T_T

Bought the Founder access 3
lost 160 TP, is there any way to get it back?

any help would be appreciated.

TP are server/team-wide. they are not bound to any single character.

I understand what you mean, but the package is given in the form of a chest which is then transferred to a character of your choosing. If i had opened it on that character then the 160 TP would be available to the whole team on that server. The problem now is that i deleted the character along with the chest in the inventory…so now unless a server roll back occurs, which is highly unlikely i don’t think there is much hope.

Happened to me too. The lag was so bad I couldn’t attack and for some reason couldn’t re-equip the starter items. I deleted my character without thinking about it and lost the founders items plus the compensation items.

Contacted support and they wouldn’t do anything either. I thought my character got bugged due to stress on the server, so I deleted it without thinking too much about it. It’s pretty annoying they refused to help me.

Gotta remember, they’re all about making money- Not customer support. Typical these days.

I understand what you mean. Though I feel more disappointed with myself for not checking the inventory and being so hasty trying to get in fast with the server being as it is.

We get a Team name reset which is fine and all but considering the fact that we actually paid for the package it would be nice to get some kind of compensation for the loss even if it is not the 160 TP to fill this empty void in my soul T_T

This was not their fault though, you deleted the character, you made the mistake, and for them to give back your stuff they would have to check logs to see what happen with your items. Imagine how many people would claim they deleted their character just to try to get free TP. With so many problem they are trying to fix, I don’t think they have the staff/time to deal with this.
