i just wanna ask if you can accept and activate the gift packs from Philippines if you are in Australia region?
as long as you’re not ip restricted yes you can.
can you tell me about ip restricted? coz they say when you buy the packs on phillipines region there is a warning that you can only put that if you are in same region
what?! that’s news to me. i believe a staff once said that, you can gift and receive packs as long as your country are part of the IToS.

As long as you dont change the region on your steam, then youre fine. You can retain the Philippine region in steam even though you traveled to other country.
Steam blocks you from sending gifts to some other regions (usually most of them). Why? Not sure, but believe it has to do with the prices converted to each market.
