I want to play wizard but i don’t know what build is better in pve?
wizard > pyromancer > cryomancer > elementalist > elementalist > elementalist
or
wizard > pyromancer > cryomancer > elementalist > elementalist > necromancer

I’m a nub but since Pyromancer and Cryomancer are the same rank you cannot take both I believe.
as far as pve goes, one major focus is boss fights which elementalist excells at according to the class infos. but overall classes chosen and their performance in a group can make them stand out too, abilities that cc like cryomancer’s freezing may be needed in a specific party. overall, you want to have enough ability usage based on their cooldowns to not be max sp but more strength behind abilities rather than more abilties so you arent sp starved.
polite, i think there was an update recently that allows learning of classes at a later ranked, not sure if there is a “same rank already known” limitation
I think they changed this and now you can take any of previous class available.
Imo it’s better to go with :
wizard > pyro x2 > elem x3
or
wizard > cryo x2 > elem x3
You’ll be able to get skill up to level 10 instead of 5 if you’re mixing. (and fire pillar is good in pve too)
Maybe consider wizard x2 for quickspell or linker too.
