if you look at the picture it doesnt say you have actually 300tp, its just the monthly tp limit, the amount you have left to buy on the month (which if i remember its sets at like 1000 for default, not sure though, but you can send an email to make them increase that limit), or at least thats what it shows since in the buying part it says you are missing 193 TP to buy the the hairstyle (198TP cost - 5 Daily free TP= 193TP)

That means you reach the 300 tp limit. To be able to spend more tp per month you need to send a ticket to the support, then you will be able to spend as much tp as you want
oh, ok, then as @Hachigatsu said, you reached your 300 TP limit, you have to contact the Support system as per @STAFF_Amy post. just beware that they usually take long time to check the tickets.
