what maintenance rewards are you expecting to see?
maintenance rewards have a typical expiration time of 24-48 hours. at the most extreme, they are deleted on the following maintenance.
if you don’t claim them before the expiration, they are gone.
if they are gone, you have lost them.
the maintenance rewards are to compensate players that are inconvenienced by the servers shutting down for several hours.
if you do not log in often enough to claim your maintenance rewards, obviously missing out on a few hours of server time cannot be that big a deal for you.
Yes, i know, but when they did the maintenance i could only see the rewards on other servers, not in silute, it was like this for like 3 rewards.
For example, when we had the login issue on silute, we had a reward, this reward only lasts until 05/16, i cannot see it on silute but i did on other servers, as you can see i sent the ticket 05/10, i’ve lost many other maintenance rewards since IMC moved Silute to Brazil.
