Hello, can anyone help me point out the details of dust devil? is it worth using a dagger instead of a shield? I’m planning to go tank fencer that can utilize block and evasion, so if I am going to use dagger instead of a shield I would lose the ability to block significantly.
And does the immobilizing enemies means they can’t use skills or move right?

If you are taking only 1 level of corsair (means you wont get hexan and dust devil) then you don’t need a dagger, but if you go c2 then you are just crazy for not taking a dagger since both hexan and devil do not work with shield.
Devil dust does 3 hits (with 3 overheat) while reseting hit animation (excluding boss ofcourse). But this skill is not the important one, Hexan dopper is the breadmaker in terms of damage for corsair.
