hej guys can you give some comments on this build im planning

i would take ele out c1 and c2 it dont synergy well enough with runecaster since hail wont scale with rune of ice. You can actually forget Ele if you dont plan to take wiz c3. Take Psycho c1+c2 or Chrono c1+c2 if you take cryo c3.
I don’t have experience but from what I have read ele2 is lack luster and ele3 is where it really shines.
Probably better off dropping rune caster for ele3
