Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
I was Queueing for 290 Dungeon and used: 4x Cookie bonus exp Buff, 1x Event Firecracker bonus exp Buff, 2x Pet Event Multiplyer Token – matched and entered.
As we cleared the dungeon – While I and my 4 Teammates used skills to kill the mobs (durr, that’s how it works) I leveled up and my client froze (Also the druid 3 might have used Lycanthrophie)
the client-screen became white… I waitet for 5 mins but no change.
So I pressed the „X“ Button and closed the Game. (playing in window mode)
Now I restarted the client (So I can get back online and Reenter the Dungeon, to at least get some of the left exp) choose my Server and the Charakter I was inside Dungeon with when I crashed ( Chara Name: Candy) but got stuck on loadscreen – waited for about 3mins until „X“ out.
Since then I can not reenter on any Chara in my Team on Fedimian. Client always Stuck on Loadscreen and won’t load World.
What I did so far:
Retarted PC and repaired the files – no change : Stuck on loadscreen with same Chara
Restarted PC and repaired again – Tried other chara on same Account: - no change: stuck on loadscreen, after 5 mins „X“ out.
Retarted Pc, Repaired client, sarted the client and try to enter another Server (Orsha) – no Problem entering Game
Used Logg-out and relogged to Fedimian – tried Chara on 2. site of Lodge – Stuck on loadscreen again
Restarted again and relogged on initial Chara – stuck on loadscreen.
Closed everything and Started Steam account on Boyfriends Laptop (uses same internet connection) and started Game – can enter World on Fedimian Server on all my Chara on his Laptop
logged off.
Tried to logg in on my PC again with my Steam account – Chara get stuck on Loadscreen again, can’t enter World/ play.
I am NOW deinstalling ToS and reinstalling it. That helped now.
Reinstalling the Game made me acces my Account again.
Solution: Reinstall the Game - anything else won’t help
Still posting this report nevertheless. Better report such an critical error.

- use ad much exp buffs as you can
- run a dungeon, use skills and level up
- crash (with white screen
- client beyond repair - new istallation
