A friend told me that the recipe is dropped by a boss named Biteregina, haven’t met it yet so I would like to confirm.
drop rate is 0.3 percent he said. (found on some KR Boards)

BUMP. Have you found it yet?
According to my research Fatal Biteregina drops it but the boss doesn’t seem to be implemented.

this thing has over 6.5M HP at lvl 120?!?!
Either it is:
An unknown Field Boss
A special Server Event Boss, we did not get yet
A higher Boss and the level given is incorrect
However, looking at its Description:
Insect monsters mutated at Medzio Diena have some queen and master entity.
It gives me some kind of end-game vibe (not our current end-game)
