Healing Factor Questions

Browsed through the available threads but didn’t find any concrete information on this plague doctor skill. I saw a couple videos of it in action, and it seemed to regenerate roughly 1,000 hp per second. Is there a formula or any concrete information on what this skill does per level? Some questions that come to my mind are:

Does it only regenerate your hp to the point at which you cast it upon yourself, or always to your max hp?

Is the amount healed per second based upon total HP, or always a fixed %?

Does it scale with anything such as con or hp recovery?

Any information would be helpful, especially an actual formula or amount healed per second or the such, thanks.

1 - Regen till the HP you stepped in the circle ( if you enter at 15% hp it will regen till 15%)

2 - Really cant say something here, think its a base regen

3- There’s no information that say it scales, and I never saw it becoming better with more points in int/spr/con that I was adding
