Bug Description :
Heal/Mass Heal HoT (Heal over Time) only ticks 9 times. It should be 10 (1/s).
If 9 is correct then tooltip is wrong as it heals only 45% in total at attribute lv10 (should be 50%).
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Get healed by Heal or Mass Heal by a Cleric with Heal:Linger attribute.
