I found these 2 at Sicarus F1. How to get? Kill the mobs around and gather 5 blue fragments then go to the room at northern corner and you’ll see an altair. Talk with that altair give you a key. Take that key to the portal at upper right room and talk to the portal, you’ll find the chest in the secret room.
The chest give you Sicarus cube and reroll cost 50k Silver.
Need cuter girlier headgears! lol… like my personal favorite in RO to put to my Priestess Red Tailed Ribbon/Bell Ribbon . Seriously we need more cute ribbons! that is placed at the back of the head. haha

Fallen Angel Wings drop inside 2nd demon prison, when you killed the vubbe thief go and open the chest with the red crystal. Also drops all gem types, Temere Recipe and a Chase spear.
Why cant they release a headgear like this?? 
if npc can wear em…why not players??
