Head stares at you while fighting

Bug Description : While in mid combat, sometimes the character head will turn to stare at you/South. Kinda creepy.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Randomly
