Hi! Please help me! I bought at 8:25PM 01/08/2017 Philippines time and have not received anything ingame. I have checked my mail and visited all server in case i made a wrong purchase and nothing. I also checked my mail, if the purchase was not made, but i received an email telling me my purchase was successful. Also checked with steam purchase history, and it says i have made the purchase using Steam Wallet. Where did it went wrong?
Btw, i think I misunderstood the reproduce the issue part on support ticket:
here is the new version
- Went to Store Page of TOS
- Click 500TP Bundle for SEA(South-East Asia) Servers
- Added to cart and proceeded to checkout
- Funded my Steam Wallet with exact amount of purchase
- Purchased Fund for Steam Wallet
- Proceeded to Authorize my purchase with TOS
- Gave me a message to check my inventory
- Opened Steam Inventory and saw 1 new items added, but no descriptions.
- revisited Steam Inventory and the box is no longer there.
- Proceeded to Open TOS client, Logged in to South-East Asia(Telsiai)
- Opened Mailbox and I received nothing.
