If you seriously can’t handle the bugs, you probably shouldn’t play TOS.
Bugs regularly come back, and some might be fixed in a few days, but a lot of them haven’t been fixed yet even though they’ve been around for months. In terms of bugs, TOS is pretty bad. Of course all games have them, but IMC takes a long time to fix them, and the worst is that some of them regularly come back. It’s pretty tiring after a while.
Exploits can still happen, it’s the same in any game. But there aren’t as many exploits as before, it’s way rarer. Still happens though.
The game is still full of bots and RMTers. Some maps are literally full of bots 24/7. But tbh it isn’t that terrible. I find the AFK Necromancers way more annoying since some of them prevent people from questing…
Biggest issue about the game though would be the end-game content. At the moment there aren’t even any GvG or TBL because they deactivated them while they’re working on them.
I’d advise you to try it out without spending anything, and see how you enjoy the game once you’ve reached 300+. Your Linker is fine as long as you don’t go circle 3.
Maybe you should also wait for them to bring back “players return” or “new player” events before playing again, as it would make it easier/faster for you to level (you’d get exp items, and during this kind of events there are more players around, so it’s easier to find people to do low dungeons with)
There are so many new things since last year that honestly it’s half a new game. You should probably check all the forum posts since the last combat patch to see all the differences. Stats, combat, skills, field bosses, items have been changed. And there are more changes coming.
