Have you ever had a support ticket answered?

Would be interested to hear stories from players who had a positive experience with the support system.

Adding my tickets and my guild members’, we have yet to have a single issue resolved. Those range from bugged accounts, characters behaving in a very odd way, guild tower being spawned into a botomless pit of nothingness to DLC rewards not being credited, to actual game-breaking glitches. Not a single ticket has ever been addressed an some are as old as the game itself :confused:

Has anyone had better support from IMC?

I don’t think much people have had a better IMC support experience sadly :frowning:

I have sent three tickets in the last three days, all of them were answered. And two of them solved my problem, though only temporary, because I keep getting into the limbo every time I enter an especific map.

Saturday I sent one at 8PM and got answered in about 1 hour or so. But the answer I got was pretty vague.

So I sent another, but it was already 1AM. I didn’t got an answer to this ticket the whole day. But it was Sunday, I don’t know if they work on this day or not.

Anyway, Monday came and I got my answer, they warped my character back to the stating city. I could play with him again.

I played for some time but got stuck again trying to enter the same map. Then I sent another ticket and they already warped me back a few minutes after creating the ticket.

Though the issue wasn’t solved, the support was given.

I’m currently griding and completing achievements waiting for them to fix this problem with the “limbo” before I can go back to my main quests.

I tried to send in a ticket to Support because I have a blank slot in the friends list after the Orsha server split and I can’t delete it, and I haven’t gotten a response since then.
