So i want to buy the DLC pack on steam but i want to play with my friends after 1 month , i don’t know if the DLCs work on free server ?

If you buy the packages they are mailed to you. They do not expire, you can keep them indefinitely until you consume them. In other words, yes.
The question is, will your friends be able to connect to the server in a months time, or will it be locked from reaching capacity.

There is no time limit to redeem the DLC it will be given on the first server you make a character on.

You don’t get a key, it’s just attached to your steam account and you’ll be aible to redeem it when you make your first Room in game.
The dlc key will be listed under your Steam.
Right click Tree of Savior in your Library directory and click the DLC tab.
It should be installed. ( You wont be given a key, the system will mail you the items on the first server you connect to. )
It was a rhetorical question. From the limited information given, if the server reaches a certain amount of players you wont be able to join it. So more than likely the first server you choose to play on needs to be the one your friends decide when they are able to play.
Answer to your question: Your friend will be able to join your server(it’s confirmed), or you can save DLCs and join newly created server in April to use them on this new server (it’s not 100% confirmed, but the facts are: packs have no expire date and according to announcement about them, you can apply DLCs to any server you want, but each DLC only once).
The most safe option is, if your friend doesn’t care too much about starting among the first, to simply join your server. This way you can activate your pack immediately at March 29 and then simply create a new character to play with your friend.
