Various claims in the past that it drops from Brown Harugal have been made, and the Elgos Abbey collection requiring it seems to confirm this, but I wouldn’t even be surprised if IMC accidentally removed the item from the game when they added the collection or something.
1006 kills with Jolly Roger and still nothing. I could’ve farmed a white ribbon boater by now.

Yep, all in channel 1. Only a few people ever ran through the entire time.
Have seen a couple of players having the cannon. Killed around 500+ brown harugal but no drop… haiz.
See that sly grin of brown harugal? He is saying “we need to do more to get that +2 aoe cannon” 
At this point, there is no reasonable price I could charge to make farming that thing worth it. I’d have to make a Cannoneer just to justify the time wasted.
Yeah… the drop rate is really low.
What is worse is the spawn rate of brown harugal is so little, after killing the initial 7-8 of them, they spawn like 1 monster every 1-2mins. The spawn rate is a huge dampener to those who seek out the cannon.
I don’t mind low drop rates but at least spawn more of these monsters? At the rate of 1-2 kills per full map comb is really disheartening.

I don’t mind if the stropy cannon is 1 in 2000 kills of brown Harugal just make those mage mobs go away. Switch it up with Harugal archers so that I can tank those mobs.
The problem is the spawn rates. If only they spawn like how Harugal spawns in demon prison 2.
In my quest for a stropy cannon (still yet to find after 700+kills)… I find that I can only kill on average 40 brown harugal per hour. That is how pathetic the spawn rate is, after killing the initial 8 of them in the entire map, every 30 secs to 1 minute, 1 or 2 of them will respawn for the whole map.
If based on this average, it will take 50 hours of full time farming just to be “eligible” for 1 cannon using 2000dpk. That’s around 7 hrs of continuous farming every single day and dpk theory said it resets during maintenance? LOL, even killing infrorocktors for white boater will have better odds than this…
That is also a good suggestion, can we suggest it to IMC about the spawn time problem of Harugal. I feel like I can get more Battle Bracelet farming Galok than killing Harugal for stropy cannon recipe.

Yeah, you definitely could. Galoks and Harugals have the same respawn rate AFAIK, and Battle Bracelet is only ~500 DPK. The only problem is your ■■■■ getting stolen by bots.
I almost feel like going for the Stropy Cannon again but part of me suspects IMC just removed it from the game by mistake when they added the collection. Because this is IMC, and that’s the kind of thing they do.
Yeah, I feel like they accidentally removed it from the game. I posted a thread in gameplay report monster thread about this issue. I would like you to voice your concern there too.
Then again I’ve heard people say Agvara Cannon is about 2000 DPK so maybe that really is the number for Stropy. Even though it’s only a purple recipe while Agvara is red, from a mob that has way less health and spawns much more frequently…
I already got 2 recipe of Agvara with around 2k kills. However, those where different days. My first recipe was at 1.5k kills then the next one was around 2k kills.
edit1: My next target is Vista Cannon because there are a lot of Enhanced Vista Cannon recipe in the market while Vista Cannon recipe is non existent in the market.
