The event is off to a shaky start, so I’d like to put up a quick suggestion on how to improve it.
- Stop monsters from being able to destroy the seed.
- Stop players from being able to steal the seed.
The event could just entail planting the seed, then coming back in an hour to collect it. At 00:00 or another specified time or after 24 hours, have the planted/forgotten seeds despawn.
Positives:
- Having the event localised to so few maps can cause player interaction
- Fun and easy event
- With the current way it’s set up there is no way to stop players from stealing the seed, this would remove that element entirely
- Encourages more playtime with the hour long timer
Negatives:
- Changing the event would cause some confusion
- Another maintenance would be required
