my hard drive stopped working and had to get a new one. it was old so it was about time to get a new one. but now i cant download ToS to play 
now im sad and gotta find somthing else to do hope they open it up soon
I’m gonna take the bait here and point out that this is the stupidest excuse I’ve seen so far for people trying to get the game.
It’s a steam game, your ToS account is linked to steam and so are all your other games on steam. You’re able to access all the games in your steam list from any PC at anytime assuming you can login to steam. So losing your harddrive/data isn’t the reason why you can’t access the game.

Well, then you shouldn’t have an issue redownloading the game, Taric.
wish that is the case cant find where i would download it
A few days ago i had to reinstall the game in my GFs notebook and had no problems at all 
when you uninstall a free to play game it stays on your libary. when you get a new hard drive or wipe a computer the free games go off your libary unless you have dlc on it
You should probably send a support ticket here and ask also in Valve’s customer support. Meanwhile, I need to flag a few posts here. Don’t worry, none of them are yours.
