Gold sellers make my game freeze. Literally *. I have to play a game of “block em’ all”, have to monitor shout chat. And frankly, that distracts me from the game, ruins atmosphere and stuff. I hate shout chat. All that trade, all that “people” fighting over politics, races, religion, petty prejudices, their moms and other things they don’t really understand.
IMO the whole concept of shout chat is too immersion-breaking for a game like this, but I digress. I also understand you guys have to earn money.
That’s why I would greatly appreciate an option to disable shout chat entirely. Not just “stop showing”, more like “stop receiving”. Is this possible to implement at all?
Or just fix the darn freezes, introduce an after-message delay for shout chat or smth. Should probably be simpler.

- yes, I am quite sure game freezes when they start spammin. and it’s sometimes ~10 secs, which is… really painful. blocking helps… more or less. still, why a chat freezes the whole freaking client is another question entirely.
