2015 is past, and now it is the New Year 2016.
Happy New Year to one and all.
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by the everyday maintenance and various problems.
We are so thankful for the people who kept trusting us and enjoyed playing ToS.
Today, we would like to inform you about our plans and what we have to focus on.
Firstly, we’ll focus on fixing game-errors and redeeming complaints.
Even though we had fixed many errors, there are still many of them.
We can’t fix them all at once, but we will keep on adjusting them.
We will redeem the unintentionally causing inconvenience contents.
We can’t make every things people want, but we will try to minimize it.
Secondly, we will tell every issues quickly, and openly through announcements.
Recently, we are constantly notifying people about various issues, and many saviors provided us positive feedback.
We will keep notifying people by periods to minimize their curiosity.
Thirdly, we will aggressively intervene in the farming bots and illegal program.
We will secure the accurate proof through internal-sensing tools and twenty-four hours monitoring system of economy.
Fourthly, we will allow the personal trades between Token Users.
We inevitably block the personal trades due to the illegal game-money sellers, but after we finish our preparation, we will allow the personal trades.
Lastly, we will be more attentive, and be a better listener.
We are listening to saviors’ opinions through many channels.
We internally gather,analyse, and proceeding it with discussions.
We will use it as an important compass of decision making.
