someone can tell me if this build is good or it works on pvp and pve? should i need change one circle or rank? necro instead warlock?
Sadly, I don’t know much about Sorcerer 
However, I can tell you that leveling up to Sorcerer will be very tedious if you aren’t in a party.
This build is fine, tips:

Cryo 1 doesn’t give you much CC, if you are taking only 1 rank Pyro is probably better.

Sorcerer 2 > Warlock or Sorcerer > Necro 2, don’t trade Warlock for Necro1 if you will get Warlock in the future, if you won’t you can consider taking it and C2/C3 later.

Your wiz build is wrong, sleep 5, reflect shield 0 or 5 (I’d take 5), EQ 1, Lethargy 1 and the rest goes to EBolt.

Cryo is fine (the skills if you change to pyro com FB 5 EF 5 FG 5)

Warlock: I’d put pole 3, mastema 1, invocation 5. Pole doens’t change that much with levels, mastema is good for filler and situational uses where you might want to call mobs and invocation has a good attribute.
