1 full clear (30 stages) takes 10-15 mins with a good-excellent geared/build pt. where did you get this numbers?!

2 to 3 minutes for 5 stages. Times 3. Sounds right.
Single Run. 40 seconds time 5 stages is 200 seconds, for a bit over 3 mins per run. Next stage does not trigger early if you clear early.
Third Run will get you the 500 attributes points.
3 runs should take about 8-10 mins, as stated earlier.
