You can unlock more hair colors by completing “Achievements” in-game, which lets you switch the hair color freely.
There’s no Costume dyes at the moment though.

hair dyes - yes there’re achievement quests that u can do, after completing the quest, you will be awarded hair dyes pink/blue/white/black
cloth dyes - no yet, but i believe there will be once they fixed most of the bugs
That’s true but I wanted to add that there is that 1 female short cash shop hairstyle that comes in a unique color. X)
As stated above, the only color variations that are available in-game are for your hair and are obtainable through some achievements.
You can check the hairstyle and the color combinations on the fr fansite which has a simple simulator.
