Hair costume missing after retrieving items from market

Date and Time:15/1/19 after the patch

Team Name:neVraska

Character Name:Bordie

Bug Description : Retrieved all items from market and my hair costume (side ponytail) went missing. tried someone else’s solution of searching my inventory by name for the item but its still not showing up. only got my contact lenses back.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. log in
  2. go to market npc
  3. retrieve items
  4. bam hair costume missing

Same issue, low key not surprised they screwed everything up

try to walk to another map from city
it fixed my inventory

just tried but it’s still missing :frowning:

Edit: just tried using a wig i had on another character, equipped it and unequipped it. the missing one didnt show up in inventory yet when when i unequipped the lost one it still shows up in my character as if i was wearing it. ._.

try to reset inventory in item filter options
