send a ticket to support. videos and pics showing what they’re actually doing. this is how to collect the info.
They do read forums too, they’ll probably see this from how many are being posted.
orrrrr because so many are being posted, they won’t have time to read them all, and miss lots.
Apparently we’re supposed to be posting in forums as opposed to the ticket system. That’s what I’ve gathered from the basic search function for the ticket system before coming in here to post this along with everybody else nonsense.
