Bug Description : According to the guild rankings, our guild ranked 3rd. I waited until 9 PM on Monday to redeem the TP reward and, to my surprise, I noticed that last week’s GvG rankings never ended. That is, on Midnight between Sunday and Monday, the GvG Rankings did not close. The new week didn’t begin.
The Last Week rankings on the left show 2 weeks ago, and the current standing show last week. Yesterday(Monday), during GBL hour, the window was showing our score from last week, and 1W. Normally, it should display 0W because it only displays the number of wins from the current week. I’ve spoken with the Templar from Crimson and he said that he was seeing the same thing. He had 16 wins last week, and the game he won yesterday made the counter display 17. The victory from yesterday counted towards the week that should already be over, but isn’t.
GvG rankings have been bonkers from the beginning, but this is too much already. The system is so broken that the rankings don’t end when they should be ending.

When is this going to be fixed? It’s the 4th time we’ve been cheated our of our TP, and I’ve made several posts and support tickets about it, but nothing has been done. Now I can’t redeem our guild’s reward TP because the game says “It’s already been redeemed”. This is really depressing and it’s getting increasingly hard to keep guild members interested when we know that rankings aren’t working properly.
