GvG Rank Reset dosent work

Hello,
on Monday is the Reset for TBL and GvG.
TBL all Points goes back to 1000
but the GvG rank points goes not Back to 1000.
The Guild have the same point as last week.

I would like to second this as well, our points were not reverted back to 1000, it has like this for the past few weeks now.

i have open a ticket and the ticket is close but i have the same GvG Points since the last 4 weeks
