I’ve already submitted a ticket, but hopefully a thread will catch IMC’s attention
For the past 2 days since maintenance, our GvG instances (Lotus) haven’t been resetting causing us to be unable to queue for GvG.
I believe this is linked with the instance dungeon bug many are experiencing.
Also, our guild ranking is not resetting as well weekly.

I also submitted a ticket a few days ago, but it has gone unanswered, even though a different issue I sent in was answered the same day.
I even included screenshots in said ticket.
We’re not the only guild that’s inconvenienced by this. CuteNotLewd and Futureproof also have had this problem happen to them before. 
Impetus here. We also can’t queue. Is this unique to Klaipeda (like the GVG MMR not resetting)?
I also have 2 other guild-related/GVG-related tickets that have not gotten responses.
CuteNotLewd has also had this issue this week we played 2 games Monday but our games have not reset on Tuesday or Wednesday.
This is a very important issue that has to be addressed. I have been sitting at a high score for a couple of weeks now.
Crimson is also not able to queue due to this bug as of today. Please fix it!
same here since the last 3 weeks nothing reset by the points in GvG

the ranking works with the old points this is not good
