[GvG] Improved Rank system

Win/Lose points gain should depend on difference between combatants current rating.

Example:
TeamA(1000) won TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA +12, TeamB -12

TeamA(1050) won TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA +6, TeamB -6

TeamA(1050) lose to TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA -18, TeamB +18

TeamA(1050) won TeamB(950)
result: TeamA +0, TeamB -0

(like more risk - more points for win)

Or simple system like 2 points for win, 1 point for lose. It will motivate all guilds to play. And you can’t simple farm points by losing, because you will give more points to others. Tho you still can be better that guilds who not play at all.

Well, currently system on motivates small guilds only wait until big guilds went to battle between each other.
But big guilds motivated to have a deal not to battle between each other. So they can keep top places by winning only small guilds. Because they will get same amount of points and less risk from wining small guild.

Ranking System i suggest - can motivate both kind of guilds to play without deals or skips. Especially with a newly added feature from IMC.
