Win/Lose points gain should depend on difference between combatants current rating.
Example:
TeamA(1000) won TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA +12, TeamB -12
TeamA(1050) won TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA +6, TeamB -6
TeamA(1050) lose to TeamB(1000)
result: TeamA -18, TeamB +18
TeamA(1050) won TeamB(950)
result: TeamA +0, TeamB -0
(like more risk - more points for win)
Or simple system like 2 points for win, 1 point for lose. It will motivate all guilds to play. And you can’t simple farm points by losing, because you will give more points to others. Tho you still can be better that guilds who not play at all.
