Wouldnt it be a lot more fair if the GVG on the european server is being done in European time instead of in the middle of the night where people sleep - and only a handful win the insane amount of TP rewards…

Well for EU it’s also 6.00 AM so people could come before work/school. It works also on weekends so what is your excuse then?
Of course gvg timers are crazy but please dont excusde it with ‘‘people do sleep’’.
The game is just not international. If you dont live on america times, you are screwed. Any sort of time based events got no place in international games.

its just insane that its being done in the middle of the night and 6am… Its a european server, you’d think they would make times of certain events more geared towards european people?
4000 TP + that can be won is a bit much… people with no life - can get hundreds of euros of free tp by doing these things in the night … but hey… who am i to complain for fairer sailings?

Cause it obvious that while I may be the one to rise at 7 am, 99% of my guildies wont.
So, really, what’s really happening is a bunch of ppl farming GvG while there is no real GvG.
I’m sorry, but I’m here to kick ppl’s faces, not to farm some points that allow to buy things I dont really need.
Hope they make times appropriate at some point.

As i said - if 99% your guild can’t be in gvg then so other guilds.
If one person can wake up at 6.00 then you can too - then you can have epic 1v1 standoff right? 
Be cool and just try it. My guild tries to wake up 6.00 am on weekends, we’re like 3-6 at most and we’re having nice time anyway. Im not jealous person and i don’t care if others just go one time to farm TP anyway. Try be cooler.
So wake up at insane times to do a match to get your tp’s?

Nobody will do that besides a few no lifers that rank in all the TP’s for themselves. As there is no competition.
The question isn’t if there is some no lifer that can manage to do that, it’s more about should this be how this works?
And the answer is nope, there is no need to defend it.
Either remove it or put decent times on it.

I’m sorry CrossSleet, usually I support your posts, but I fully have to disagree with your statements in this thread…
At the moment the GvG/battle league times are just not workable for european players. Sure you can stay up until 3am at night, but what if you have a family to take care off? How about 6am as you’ve said? No problem right when you need to get ready for work. Or how about 6pm for battle league, ah sh*t, I’m still on my way home from work.
Why is it ok if most of the european players have to juggle with their time just to get a glimpse of pvp, while on the other hand NA players can just play at regular times?
I support the idea of having regional times for these kind of events. This way the competition would grow and GvG isn’t dominated by 1/2 guilds full of players who somehow have enough time on their scheduals to play every damn night at 3am… Or do you like to play matches with 2 vs 15 players?

As a PvP guild with ppl age of ~30y, we currently hardly can do 2 weekend GvG with ~9\30 online.
Its 8 hard battles like 8vs10 or 9vs12 that we have to win.
In the other hand - there is some noob guild with kids(you know who I mean) who can do GvG 7 times per week.
Its at least 20 free wins like 7vs1 or 10vs2 (and probably few loses at weekends)
Should i say how we dislike current GvG time?

Well im more to dislike the saying that people waking up at 6 are no-life because it’s just normal hour.
As i know people work at different hours - some are free at 6 am, and some would like 3 pm more, right? I don’t think there is best time for everyone - some are just more common. Of course other hours would be good too. I just dont like calling 6am people ‘‘nolife’’

How can one profit from GvG if rankings doesnt even work and you can’t claim rewards?

Well ok, I’ with you on this. There’s no use for namecalling when one plays at different hours. It simply means they can distribute their free time differently then most others.
Anyways; to add on what you’ve said. Of course we can’t please everyone with set pvp times, but the least we can do is cater to the crowd. As in give regional times where most eu players are actually online to participate, rather then forcing them to play at said odd hours.
Somehow we managed to get the 6000 tp reward last week and I gotta tell ya, I’m still exhausted from those 2 nights in the weekend with a full workweek added onto it.
So maybe we can all agree that it would be better to introduce regional pvp times for the good of many

You remind me of that guy in ragnarok that had 16 max level pets, because he could log in remotely from his work every hour to feed his pet so it didn’t die for months after eachother each day.
If he could do it, so could everybody else. So there wasn’t a issue.
Can you see a issue with this? every single day every single hour log in from any location to feed your pet or else it would die which would waste weeks of your time?
People either sleep at 6 am, or go to there work. Sure you have those people that camp there pc 24/7 and go totally out of there way in real life to make there game work ( aka no lifers )
Like i said before, it’s not about being able to do it. It’s about being workable for most people. And these times are joke.
Kudo’s if you can game at 6 am 99% of the population is not. That’s why the fights are always deserts.

I do agree hours are kind of troublesome but OP stated it’s not fait right now. I think it’s quite fair and hours aren’t making difference. Not fair is arena situation where lower part is quite underhander in comparison to upper part.
Well being able to win once because you’re only fighting 2 guilds at that time of night isn’t that much fun.
I wasn’t the one who said anything about profiting from it. I’m just saying that these times are horrible and not workable for the majority of the european playerbase. Also I’ve said that I’m still recovering from those 2 nights as it’s simply not realistic for me to do again in my weekly schedual.
I think we can agree that GvG would see much more participation if the times were adjusted to regional peak hours.
