GvG and TBL rankings are wrong

Bug Description :
PvP rankings for both GvG and the team battle league arena have not been updating all week. Ranking lists showed ranks from the first couple of days, without accounting for anything that happened over the rest of the week.

The weekly reset happened 6 hours early (https://treeofsavior.com/news/?n=603 stated it would be changed from Monday at 00:00 to Monday at 06:00 (EDT)) and points, the rankings list, and nametag rank displays all changed at midnight instead of 6AM. The update used the out-of-date rankings from the beginning of the week.

As a result, the GvG ranking is incorrect and only includes 8 teams. Since TP is awarded to the top 10, this is a serious issue and the rankings need to be fixed to include the battles from the rest of the week.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Leave IMC’s software in charge of PvP rankings
2. Just a couple days into the week, rankings stop updating
3. 6 hours before the officially announced reset time, everything resets
4. The reset uses the outdated rankings and ignores the rest of the week

What IMC needs to do:

1. Update the GvG and TBL rankings to include the results of all battles performed from the beginning of the week until 6AM (5 and a half hours from now).
2. Change the reset time to 6AM as stated in the patch notes.
3. Make sure TP rewards from GvG are distributed correctly.

Edit: In addition, the real time list isn’t counting the GvG battles fought this hour (12AM 8/22/16).

Yep tbl rankings didn’t update. I’m not sure how long it was since the last update, but the last day didn’t even count. I went from 1000 -> 1113 in the last 3 tbl sessions but didn’t get a number.
