Guildmates Expelled can still read guild chat

Bug Description : I had recently let go of a few inactive members in my guild, but they had reported to me that even after being expelled completely from the guild they were able to see our guild chat. I noticed if I check my ‘roles and authorities’ page I can see the names of the players in question. If there is an extra name on that list, that person can read our guild chat. Was sitting in town recruiting when I expelled the member to make room for a new one, it wasn’t until the next day after the guild mate had informed me of the glitch.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Make guild
2. Invite Members
3. Expel Members
4. See step 2

To add, this is also happening to parties.

If you kick someone they can still read your party chat.

I can vouch for this as I’ve been going through it myself for nearly a month now. Those that are removed from the guild still see chat from that guild and aren’t properly added to any new guilds they join since the game still believes they’re in the one they left.
