Guild vs Guild major bug: unable to use skills/attacks

Bug Description: When the match of GvG starts, there will be a few members of our guild and/or the enemy guild that can not use their skills, weapons, or anything else for the entirety of the guild battle after the match begins. Dying does not help remove this bug, either.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter the GvG instance.
  2. Wait until the match starts
  3. Some member of your guild will not be able to attack/use their skills, but will be able to move around.

This chat was when we were in the GvG instance, some of our members could not use any of theirs skills/autoattacks.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse): All of the above

Can confirm, the bug exists and happens randomly.

Also happened to my guild, we tried to stand still and cast no spells before the start of the game and still several members could not cast any skill or even auto attack. We could not recreate the issue because the game prior no one was effected with this bug under the same circumstances (same group, same characters, same gear).

Also of note, bugged people could still interact with orbs but did not always receive hp so these also appear to be bugged.

I’m not sure we can queue until this is resolved because even losing 2 people is huge in a 10v10.

Same here + looks like even perma smashing the join button won’t result into anything, maybe a client crash.

Let’s hope they add a gacha item to be able to do GvG normally.

So not only did this finally happen to me today, about 10 people in my guild couldn’t even get into the match (it was me and 1 other person, who could use abilities and I could not), and everyone crashed repeatedly when even trying to spectate.

Once the win/lose screen came up, everyone in my guild was able to join but joined as corpses.

The only thing I can think of is that I was typing as the loading screen popped, as far as the casting thing goes. But how the hell has any of this not been fixed?
