Guild Towers cannot be destroyed, what happened was that my guild entered and we got a game against OrientePrimus. After the warmup phase, we search and couldn’t find any of the opponent and my players were all stranded inside GVG map. Throughout the whole time, we could not locate any opponent in the map.
You should send a ticket as well so it will get more attention from IMC hopefully.
And the next time this happens, you should record it for strong evidence. I already did my part. I hope everything will go well for your guild.
